HOW TO USE THE OILS

Massage:
Blend 4-5 drops of an essential oil in 10ml od carrier oil. The ratio should be halved for children and the elderly.
Bathing: Add 6 drops of an essential oil to the bathwater, or blend with a carrier oil for added moisture.
To produce a relaxing fragrance, drop 4-5 drops of the essential oil in a burner and burn for no longer than 20 minutes.
CAUTIONS: If pregnant or suffering from high blood pressure, epilepsy or any other medical condition, consult your Doctor prior to use. Never use pure essential oils neat on your skin, always dilute with a carrier oil first. Do not use oils internally. Always store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. If you are allergic to anything, especially perfumes, you should ideally contact a professional who can recommend the correct essential oil for home use.
