One of the most important aspects of helping with young people is that it is FUN. You may think that you have a lot to give, but what you will not realise until you try it, is that one of the greatest beneficiaries is yourself. You will not have to worry about inexperience, because there is training on-the-job as well as an abundancy of support out there from people who have done it before, as well as from like minded souls such as yourself.
