Film Afternoon: - Thursday 19th, 1.30pm in the Lichfield room, the film Yanks, starring Richard Gere & Vanessa Redgrave will be shown, and lasts 2hrs 13mins. Tea & sandwiches will be served, £1.50 for refreshments. |

St Chad's Walking Group: - Saturday 28th, 10.00am at the Cemetery Car Park, off Eastern Avenue - warmly invite you for a walk of approx 8 miles. Further details from John Heeley (251600). Please come suitably dressed for walking and bring any refreshments you may require. |
Flower Workshop: - Thursday 1st March, 7.30pm in the Lichfield room, the first workshop for the year. The demonstration will be followed by a short talk and refreshments, £1.50. |

Five week Lent Course: - Churches Together in Lichfield (CTL) are once again organising and running a five week Lent Course which is called Handing on the Torch which is written by John Young. These five sessions which will be ecumenical groups, will be run in small house groups in and around the city. You are invited to enter your name/s on the forms on either the Main Entrance notice board or the one in the Lichfield Room. This course will run from Monday 27th February until Friday 30th March. CTL will buy all the resources and will ask for donations from those who attend the sessions. Please come along to hear what folk from other churches think and have a say yourself, as well as making new friends. |
Spring Harvest 2012 - Minehead: - are you interested in going to Spring Harvest this year? We are planning to go to Minehead from the 10th April to 15th April. If you didn't know, Spring Harvest is the largest Christian Festival in the UK. It runs over a number of weeks in 2 Butlins' sites. Good music, good teaching, good company - reasonable accommodation! For more information talk to Rick or Anne Hill - we will be booking in early January. |
Swimathon 2012: - would you like to take part in the annual Swimathon at the end of April? If you don't fancy having a go on your own, I will be entering a team from the church. A chance to get fit! You don't have to be a good swimmer. The swim is at the Friary Pool in Lichfield - Rick Hill. |
